A taste of Sicily,
delivered with care.
Hand-rolled arancini, seasonal aperitivi, and a slow Italian table — brought to your gathering, your office, your wedding.

OSA began in a small kitchen in Rheinfelden, with a Sicilian grandmother's recipe and a stubborn belief that the best food tells a story. Today we cater intimate dinners, weddings, and cocktail hours across the Basel region — but every arancino is still rolled by hand, the way Nonna Carmela taught Chef Alessandro.
We source Carnaroli rice from Lombardy, semolina from Altamura, and seasonal vegetables from regional farms across the Fricktal and Markgräflerland. Slow food, served at a pace that lets you actually taste it.
Four ways to bring an Italian evening to your guests — from passed bites to seated dinners.

Alessandro turned our garden into a Sicilian piazza. Three weeks later, guests are still asking for the burrata recipe.

The arancini bar was the most photographed part of our launch. Effortless, generous, deeply Italian — exactly what we needed.
